USA Patriot Act

In order to assist the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a loan account. What this means to you: When you open a loan account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents. The information being requested and observed is for compliance with the requirements of Section 326 of the USA Patriot Act implementing customer identification and verification requirements. This information in no way will be used in making the credit decision on your completed application.

Security Policy

Securing of a customers' nonpublic personal information is very important to Personal Loan Source. Personal Loan Source employees are required to sign a privacy policy agreement stating that that they are aware of Personal Loan Source' policy regarding the use of and disclosure of customer information. Personal Loan Source has also taken extra steps and put in place several security measures to protect our customers' personal information from loss, misuse, or alteration.
